Born 16 July 1942, Saroj Staric was the beloved eldest daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Chinappa Mudliar and was a cherished wife of Giovanni (Ivan), devoted mother and mother-in-law to Alex and Archie, and adored grandmother of Arlen, Alden and Baby Aylen Ajay Giovanni, Saroj will be deeply and hugely missed.
A dedicated schoolteacher who taught in Ravi Ravi, Saroj also worked alongside her father on the family farm and helped raise her nine siblings. She was known for her strength, determination, and her cheeky sense of humour. She loved music, movies and singing, and not forgetting HBK & wrestling.
Above all, she was Alex’s best friend, and a constant source of love and joy to her family and friends. We celebrate her life and the lasting memories she leaves behind.

Family and friends are informed a private cremation has taken place in accordance with her wishes.
